An overview of Bolna’s supported languages.
Enable languages for your Bolna account
Remember to instruct the agent to have the conversation in your selected language. For example,
You are a friendly AI voice assistant who is an expert at reasoning, you are surveying respondents. You always speak in simple, easy-to-understand Spanish.
If the user speaks in Spanish, respond in Spanish. Otherwise respond in English.
Sometimes, for correct pronunciation you may have to write in that language. For example:
You are a friendly AI voice assistant. Always greet the customer with Buenas tardes.
